The product must be returned in its original condition, along with all accompanying documentation, including the invoice, certificate of authenticity, and packaging.

The refund policy does not apply to customized jewellery, engraved or personalized items, gold coins, silver articles, watches, or jewellery purchased with promotional discounts or coupons.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration by any third party will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please visit the Shahani Jewels store where the purchase was made and speak to our customer service representative. Our team will assist you through the return process, ensuring a smooth experience.

Customers must present the original invoice and product certification at the time of return.

The product will undergo a quality check (QC) by our expert jewellers. If the item passes QC, the refund process will be initiated.

If the product does not pass QC due to damage, wear, or unauthorized alterations, the return request will be declined.

Customers can also opt for an exchange or store credit instead of a refund if they wish to purchase another product.

Once the product is verified and approved for return, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

No cash refunds will be issued for purchases made via credit/debit cards or digital payment modes; refunds will be processed to the respective bank account or card.

Customized jewellery cannot be refunded or replaced, but it may be eligible for repair, subject to assessment by our team.
